Virginia Pyatt

Virginia Ruth “V.J.” Pyatt was born Nov. 10, 1934, in St. Louis, a daughter to Henry and Colleta (nee Buchheit) Hebenstreit. She worked until her retirement from Procter and Gamble. She died in Cottage Hills, IL on Jan. 22, 2011 at the age of 76. She is survived by five children: Roxanne (Glenn) Sickmeier, De Soto, Justine “Dusty” (Rick) Ulrich, Cottage Hills, IL, Athena (Virgil) Bettorf, Alton, IL, Mike (Cathy Davis) Koenig, Imperial, Curtis (Nicole) Anderson, Dittmer, and Gary (Linda) Anderson, the state of Louisiana; two brothers: Jerry Hebenstreit, Lemay, and Eddie Hebenstreit, St. Louis; two sisters: Betty Raye, De Soto, and June Schaeffer, Lemay; thirteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Vince Pyatt; a son Blaine Robert Koenig; two brothers: Felix Hebenstreit and Paul “Buddy” Hebenstreit; a sister Marge Adams; and a grandson Ronald Dale Jones, Jr. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to Show Me A Cure, P.O.
