Kelly Mechel Midgett was born on October 12, 1986 in Farmington, Missouri. She was the daughter of Dennis & Pamela (nee Lewis) Midgett. She died on January 29, 2025 at her home in De Soto at the age of 38.

Kelly is survived by her parents, Dennis & Pamela Midgett of De Soto; two brothers, James (Ashley) Midgett of Farmington and Matthew (Kara) Midgett of Arnold; nephews, Wyatt, Ben, Max, Dominic, Aiden & Reed; and one niece, Elliot; she is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the funeral home towards funeral expenses.
