Todd Stuart Thomas was born on May 15, 1969 in St. Louis a son to Dewey E. and Carolyn M. (nee Abel) Thomas. He died on October 23, 2020 at Mercy Hospital-Jefferson at the age of 51. He is survived by his sister Christy (Tim Brown) Niemann, Festus; three brothers: Mark (JoAnn) Thomas, St. Louis, Tracy (Susan) Thomas, TN, and Rick (Sharon) Thomas, Victoria; several nieces and nephews including: Troy Thomas, Jr., Robert (Shery) Lang, Sr., James (Amber) Niemann, Sherry Lang, James Medows, David “Bird” Medows, two great nephews: Robert Lang Jr. Justin Lang Jr. and aunts and uncles including Fred (Debbie) Abel, St. Charles. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Dennis Thomas and Troy Thomas. | |
