Ralph Odell Higdon, Jr. was born May 2, 1975 in Crystal City, MO. He was the son of Ralph Odell Sr. and Penelope “Penny” Sue (nee Lewis) Higdon, Dittmer, MO. He died on July 30, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital West in St. Charles, MO at the age of 45 years. He is survived by his parents; sisters, Brandy (Jason) Russell, Sioux Falls, SD; Jerri Beaver, Paragould, AR; Claudia Jo Lowery, Vine Grove, KY; brother, Steven Lowery, Vine Grove, KY; fiancee, Shannon Milligan, Dittmer, MO; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
