Carol M. Benton Oswald

Carol Mary Oswald was born in Graniteville on July 28, 1954 a daughter to Ruby (nee Bates) and Arlie Benton, Sr.  She died at her Cedar Hill home on October 1, 2019 at the age of 65.  She is survived by two children Michael Orrick, Ste. Genevieve, MO and Sandra Lambert, Washington, MO; four grandchildren: Amelia Lee Orrick, Melissa Ann Orrick, Joseph Wyatt Pinson, and Erin Lynn Rylie Harriss; two sisters: Dinah Orrick and Deborah Ramsey; and four brothers: Roscoe Benton, Harvey Benton, Arlie Benton, Jr. and Buck Benton.  She is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands: George Robert Oswald and Steven Albert Orrick; a daughter-in-law: Shari Orrick; three sisters: Pauline Reed, Arbell Shaver, and Doris Nye; one brother: Jack Benton and infant twins. She had worked at Nordyne HVAC and the High Ridge Wal-Mart.  She enjoyed working on the family farm and gardening.
