David Kirby Cook was born January 19, 1947 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of William K. and Flossie M. (nee Finley) Cook. He passed on October 29, 2017 at Baisch Nursing Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 70 years. He is survived by his son, David (Rebecca) Cook, Pevely, MO; one sister, Goldie Lee, Festus, MO; one brother, Robert (Cathy) Cook, Smith Grove, KY; grandchildren, Nicholas Cook, Ashley Cook, Sarah Cook, and Joseph McNeil. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, William Marshall. | |
