Melda Newcomb was born July 27, 1914 in St. Louis, MO. She was the daughter of Albert Jennings and Ezel (nee Aylesworth) Turner. She died at Willow Creek Care Center in Springfield, MO on June 14, 2017 at the age of 102. She is survived by her son Keith (Sherry) Newcomb, Springfield, MO; four grandchildren, Guy Paul, Ginger, Heather, and Heath and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Heron Newcomb, and one brother, Arthur Thurman. | |
