Ruby Lucas

Lucas, Ruby E. March 30, 1929 – March 15, 2015 of Omaha, NE, formerly of DeSoto, MO. Preceded in death by parents, Noel and Anne Lewis; three brothers and two sisters. She will be dearly missed and is survived by her husband, Norvel (Luke), sons, Warren (Mary) Lucas, Omaha, NE and Scott Lucas, Steelville, MO, granddaughters, Cara (Justin) Richt, and Erin Lucas and significant other, Aaron McKenzie, and great grandson, Ethan Lucas, all of Omaha, NE.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 2 at 11 a.m. at Dietrich’s Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., De Soto. Visitation with family will be held one hour prior to service. Private interment at Hematite Methodist Cemetery, Hematite, MO. Memorials to Wounded Warrior Project or Salvation Army.
