Virginia Mae Kincaid was born February 6, 1925 in Old Mines, MO. She was the daughter of Patrick and Mary (nee Politte) Juliette. She died on October 28, 2014 at Hillcrest Care Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 89 years. She is survived by her children, John C. De Soto, MO, and Patty A. (Raymond) Chilton, De Soto, MO; daughter-in-law, June Kincaid, De Soto, MO; siblings, Celeste Bone, Old Mines, MO, Betty Coleman, Old Mines, MO, Nancy Goff, Old Mines, MO, Joseph Juliette, Old Mines, MO, Thomas Juliette, Old Mines, MO; 21 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Joseph Kincaid; one son, Paul “Dennis” Kincaid; a grandson, Steve Boyer; a son-in-law, Glen Miller; and brothers, Patrick Juliette, Glennon “Gene” Juliette, and Charles Juliette. Virginia was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, De Soto, MO; worked for several years for Schaefermeyer Bakery and De Soto Shoe Factory; also an avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan. As an expression of sympathy memorials may be given to St. Vincent DePaul or the De Soto Food Pantry.
