William Hubert “Bill” Davis was born May 22, 1926 in Steele, Missouri. He was the son of the late William Luther and Flossie Rae (Cagle) Davis.
He died on February 7, 2011 at Parkland Hospital, Farmington, MO at the age of 84 years.
He is survived by his children, Barbara (George) Juenger, Hillsboro, MO; and Randy (Kathy) Davis, Sr., Farmington, MO; his siblings, Stanley Davis, Niles, MI; Lloyd Davis, De Soto, MO; and Maggie Fain, Ocean Springs, MS; grandchildren, Erin Juenger, Hillsboro, MO; Amy (Greg) Hansen, Lees Summit, MO; Angel (Chuck) Mayberry, Hillsboro, MO; and Randy Davis, Jr., Lexington, KY; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren, Elizabeth, Joel, and Joshua Juenger; Kylie and Addison Hansen; Tara & Ryan Maberry.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bettye Jo (Wallace) Davis; siblings, Junius Davis, Billy Davis, and Naomi Dodson.
He was the former owner of Westland Pharmacy; Hillsboro Drug; Cedar Hill Drug; and Otto Drug Store and a farmer; he served in the U.S. Navy during WWII; 1960-1974 Jefferson County Magistrate Clerk; served on the Jefferson County Soils & Conservation Board; Missouri Farm Bureau; member of the First United Methodist Church, De Soto, MO
