Viola Mae Wideman was born November 25, 1916 in Ware, Missouri. She was the daughter of George William Aders and Cora Eva (nee Lee) Aders-Hamrick. She died on November 11, 2014 at Cuba Manor in Cuba, MO at the age of 97 years. She is survived by her children, Thelma (Robert) Friedmann, Steeleville, MO, Ethel (John) Pratt, De Soto, MO, Harry E. “Pee-Wee” (Marie Hale) Wideman, El Dorado, IL; 34 grandchildren; 21 great and great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry E. Wideman; one son, George, A. Wideman; one brother, Henry Aders; one grandson, Michael Friedman, two great-grandchildren, Tony Whisenhut and Mary Dickemann; daughters-in-law, Joyce Wideman and Barbara Ann Wideman. Services will by officiated by Revs. Jimmie Turner and Dr. Jeremy Muniz. As an expression of sympathy memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church-De Soto Building Fund.
