Therese Marie Koester was born on December 15, 1932 in Chicago, IL. She was the daughter of the late Ernest & Mary (Lamberta) Maye. She died on September 9, 2011 at Sr. Clare Health Center in Fenton, MO at the age of 78.
She is survived by her husband, Bernard F. “Ben” Koester of De Soto, MO; three daughters, Marie (Scott) Wilcox of Hobbs, NM; Loretta (Jerry Ball) Wisner of De Soto, MO; and Madonna Sansoucie of Crystal City, MO; and one son, John (Denise) Koester of Richwoods, MO; siblings, Jean Peyarek of Joplin, MO; George (Chris) Maye of Joplin, MO; and Anne (Dwayne) Davis of Neosha, MO; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Interment will follow the service at the National Cemetery, Jefferson Barrracks.
