Scott LaRoy Freeman was born in Tucson, AZ on January 6, 1962 a son to Earl E. and Jean (nee Dodd) Freeman. He died in Rocky Mount, MO on August 10, 2017 at the age of 55. He is survived by his wife: Linda (nee Long) Davis; his mother: Jean Freeman Haderlein, De Soto; one sister Nicole “Nicki” Smyers, St. Charles; one brother: Mark (Monica) Freeman, Naples, FL, two great grandchildren: Jaden and Jevin; two nieces: Courtney and Robin; and one nephew: Dustin. Scott was a truck driver for Jefferson County Public Works, a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 148, and the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
