Ryan Matthew Cook was born in Creve Coeur on May 8, 1990, a son to John Cook and Yvonne Carol (nee Jones) Mullaney. He died at this Fenton home on February 27, 2021 at the age of 30. Ryan was a graduate of De Soto High School where he played soccer. He also enjoyed playing golf and fishing. He owned and operated Holiday Lighting Co. and was a laborer working out of Laborer’s Local #110. He is survived by his mother who lives in De Soto; his father who lives in Arnold; his step-father Jim Mullaney, St. Louis; one sister Melissa (Ryan) Jansen, Marshfield and two brothers James Mullaney, Maryville and Tony Cook, Indianapolis, IN and a grandmother Rita Mullaney, Sappington. Ryan took special pride in being an uncle to William Cook, Erin Cook, Callie Jansen and Ellie Jansen. He is preceded in death by grandparents Carol and John Jones, Jr., Betty and Paul Cook, and Richard Mullaney; and a great grandmother Buena Elizabeth Jones. The funeral service will be officiated by his uncle John Jones, III.
