Martin H. Higgins was born on October 27, 1962 in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was the son of John E. & JoAnn (nee Crittendon) Higgins, Sr. He died on September 5, 2013 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City, MO at the age of 50 Years, 10 months, and 9 days.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Higgins of De Soto, MO; three sons, Austin Higgins, John Higgins, Christopher Higgins; & daughter, Barbara Higgins all of De Soto; one brother, John (Kim) Higgins of Kennet, MO; and sister, Tanya (Paul) Robinson of Bethalto, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
