Marilyn Nell Thebeau was born August 31, 1945 in St. Louis, MO. She was the daughter of Roy William and Gladys (nee Crancer) Volkmann. She died on May 25, 2024 in De Soto, MO at the age of 78 years. She is survived by her husband, Dale Edward Thebeau, De Soto, MO; four children, Edward Garrigan, De Soto, MO; Eric Garrigan, Grand Rapids, MI; Christopher Thebeau, LaPorte, TX; and Jared Thebeau, Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers, Roy Volkmann, Hudson, NY; Richard Volkmann, Maryland Heights, MO; and David Volkmann, Lake St. Louis, MO. Marilyn retired as a teacher from the Hillsboro R-III School District. She donated her body to Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO.
