Judith Ann Fletcher was born on October 13, 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the daughter of Tony & Jean (nee Hoedebecke) Roth. She died on March 15, 2025 at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, MO.
Judy is survived by her two sons, Dr. Zachary “Zack” (Liz) Fletcher of Hillsboro and Jacob “Jake” (Courtney) Fletcher of Hillsboro; four grandchildren, Ellie, Blake, Rowan, and Otto; a long-time companion, Dave Lemp of De Soto; and siblings, Rita Mitchell of St. Peters, Betty Brawley of Byrnes Mill, Patricia Crocker of Dt. Clair, Amy Mulholland of Hazelwood, Linus Roth of Bourbon, Bernie Roth of O’Fallon’ Paul Roth of Hazelwood, and Vincent Roth of St. Charles.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Jimmy Roth, Michael Roth and Phillip Roth.
