Juanita Skaggs Hallmark was born January 7, 1926 in Potosi a daughter to Joshua David and Jessie Belle (nee Smith) Wigger.  She died at the Baisch Nursing Center on April 8, 2012 at the age of 86.  She is survived by her children: Kevin (Nancy) Skaggs, De Soto, Terry (Carey) Skaggs, Fredericksburg, VA and Janet (Henry) Iddings, Fredericksburg, VA; six grandchildren: Jason Skaggs, Troy Skaggs, Timothy Iddings, James Iddings, Brandon Skaggs, and Shannon Skaggs; five great grandchildren and one brother: Claud (Betty) Wigger, Potosi.  She is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands: Arthur B. Skaggs and Bobby Hallmark; one sister: Claudine Clark; and one brother Clarence Wigger. Juanita retired as a shoe cutter from the De Soto Shoe Factory. Patrick Adam, pastor of the Twin City Church of Christ will officiate the service with interment to follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, De Soto.
