Joseph Clemens Rolfes was born in St. Louis on September 15, 1948 a son to Clemens Joseph and Matilda (nee Willow) Rolfes. He died at Mercy Hospital Jefferson on January 27, 2024 at the age of 75. He is survived by his wife Sandra “Sandy” (nee Baker) Rolfes, Farmington; a daughter Sherry Weisser, Festus and four grandchildren: Arianna, Xia, Zaxton and Zayne. He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister Marilyn Russell and a brother Charles Rolfes. Joe had retired as a machine operator for Heath Manufacturing and was a member of First Baptist Church-De Soto.
