I have know John since 1972 when we all lived in Arnold in Mrs. Waddell's apartments. I played with his oldest daughter and was bitten by the dog they had at the time. Even after we moved to Hematite we still saw each other, my mother worked with Rose at Rose Hill. John was a great guy willing to do for others he will be truly missed - I wish only the best to the family.

I knew John through my sisters friendship between him and Rose. He was a very kind man with a good sense of humor. He will be missed. RIP John Missey.
