I was honored to call JD my friend. We shared many cups of coffee over the past 40 years or so. He was such a kind and generous man. We laughed and we talked and we experienced good and bad times. I will truly miss him!

RIP J.D. I remember as a little girl my MawMaw Iola was a great friend of yours, we would play cards (pitch) at her kitchen table!! What great memories!!

JD you and your daughter Julie are and were great people, willing to help out anybody in a time of need or just to listen to someone else, you will be greatly missed my friend. I\\\\\\\'m glad I got to know you, Mister JD. Prayers and thoughts are and will always be with you. RIP
