Issac Dwayne Pratt was born in Mesquite, TX on November 4, 2013 a son to Paula Mesey and Andrew Pratt.  He died on March 22, 2019 as the result of an automobile accident in which his sister Alayah Lynn Pratt, great uncle Michael DeClue and great-grandmother Catherine “PeeWee” Mesey also died.  He is survived by his mother who lives in Park Hills; his grandparents: Tammy Graff, Desloge, Fred Mesey, Jr. De Soto, Brenda Ferrell, Nashville, TN and Darryl Pratt, Fenton; great-grandparents: Peggy Graff and Lonnie Graff; one brother McKinley Jones, St. Louis; an Aunt: Tiffany Mesey; and uncles; Ronald Ketterer, Dawson Ketterer, Darrick (Hayleigh) Pratt and Justin (Melanie) Pratt. He is preceded in death by his father and great-grandfather: Fred Mesey, Sr.
