Grace Derickson
April 2, 1919 - June 21, 2014
Grace I. Derickson was born on April 2, 1919 in De Soto, MO. She was the daughter of David B. and Lillian (nee Hague) Irwin. She died on June 21, 2014 in Bryan, Texas.
She is survived by her sons, Paul E. (Martha) Derickson of Moorestown, NJ and Donald E. (Georgia) Derickson of Bryan, TX; 7 grandchildren, Shelly Boliak, Tina Adair, Beth Statler, Paul Derickson, Pam Derickson, Keith Derickson, and Kimberly Knopp; two sisters, Dorothy Willett of De Soto and Shirley Sansoucie of De Soto, and one brother, Elmer “Boodie” Irwin; and 9 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband R.E. “Gene” Derickson; one brother, David Irwin; and sister, Mary O’Shea.
Grace was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Rev. Dr. G. Michael Rose will officiate the service.
