I knew Ed from Chrysler. He was always kind and fair. He helped give me opportunity and made my life better. I was always glad I let him know this. RIP

Ed was such a kind, helpful, man. He hired me in 1988. For many years he had helped, and served, thousands, at the Chrysler/UAW plant in Fenton, Missouri. A very well respected man in the plant, and by so, so many people. His loss is truly felt. Much peace, love, and prayers to his family. They must be truly heartbroken, at such a great loss. Rest in peace, Ed. Thanks for everything, and thanks for giving me a chance at a better life! Clarissa Eaton

Words are difficult for me to find right now to say how sorry I am to hear of Ed’s passing. He was truly one of the most compassionate and caring people I knew. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Ed was a very gentle soul, always friendly and upbeat no matter what. I grew up across the street and loved his parents and brother Ben too. Our deepest condolences to his wife, Joyce, and his children and grandchildren. I am sure he will be remembered with lots of love!

Ed was a fine man that helped many people in many ways, a big part of De Soto became enriched and enjoyed an opportunity for a better life because of Ed. He will be missed.
