Charlotte Ann Russell was born October 26, 1927 in De Soto, MO. She was the daughter of Louis and Myrtle (nee Cole) Larkin. She died on July 27, 2021 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, IA at the age of 93 years. She is survived by her daughter, Lorri Kay (Russell Ray) Huskey, Reeds Springs, MO; one sister, Effie Christopher, De Soto, MO; and Charles “Red” Larkin, St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Amy Boyer and Shawn Huskey; great-grandchildren, Holley Peacor, Nicole Boyer, Allison Boyer, Alexandra Huskey, Roseleen Huskey, Elizabeth Huskey, and Clayton Huskey; one great-great grandchild, Katie Peacor. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William David Russell; siblings, Thelma Pollard, Theresa Brock, Alberta Baisch, Brentwood Larkin, Donald Larkin, Oral Larkin, and Jacob “Jack” Larkin. Charlotte had worked at Fo-Jo in De Soto, MO and was a member of Primrose Baptist Church.
