Betty Reando was born on March 6, 1933 in De Soto, MO. She was the daughter of Louis R. “Ray” and Mary Rachel (nee Christopher) Reando. She died on December 6, 2013 at Hillcrest Care Center in De Soto, MO at the age of 80.
She is survived by her brother, Donald Reando of Hillsboro, MO; her sister, Genevieve McRae of Hillsboro, MO; nieces and nephews, David R. (Soila) Reando, Christopher R. (Julie) Reando, Ramona Reando, Christina Lynn (Mitch) Denby, Ken (Diana) McRae, Jr., Kathleen (Jason) Gonzalas, and Michael McRae; 6 great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Ray and Joseph Reando, brother-in-law, Ken McRae, and nephew Robert Reando.
Ms. Reando was a retired school teacher, she taught 10 years at St. Rose of Lima, 29 years at Fox C-6 School District and retired from Good Shepherd Catholic School.
Fr. Pat Christopher and Fr. Chris Holtmann will officiate the funeral mass.
